We do everything to protect the confidentiality and privacy of our customers every day. We never share any of your information with our other clients or place it in the public domain without your approval.

We have a secure facility with restricted access. All visits are scheduled so that we can protect your information. When we are testing items for you and have others on site, we use industry best practices to protect your intellectual property. These measures include secure storage as well as covering and or concealing your product and its associated support equipment while in test. Our NIST 800-171 Level 2 certification should give you confidence that your information is safe from cyber threats.
Data, Company, & Personnel Confidentiality
Our team understands that all information learned, obtained and generated before, during, and after the testing processes is confidential work. We will not share data unless you choose to have us release it. And, in those cases, we request that you provide us detailed instructions as to what to release and to whom in writing.

As an independent ISO-17025 accredited testing laboratory, we are not owned or controlled by any other organization. That assures you, our customer, complete and total impartiality in regard to test results. If we believe that there could be any conflict, we will fully disclose any potential issues so that you can make the best possible decisions.
